Tom has been working with NECE since 2018 and has been involved construction of public utility and infrastructure projects.  Tom has experience working directly for several general contracting construction companies in addition to engineering consulting with NECE.   

Tom has a depth of experience with construction administration and oversight and has worked in the construction field for several years. Tom graduated Vermont Technical College with degree in Construction Management.
