Inflow Source Removal Project, Design and Construction Administration, City of Gloucester

Prepared design plans and technical specifications to repair the sewer system and/or remove sources of saline and rainfall inflows identified in previous studies.  Design involved review of historical data, field investigations, utility survey, smoke and dye testing, preparation of schematic design drawings, preparation of contract specifications, solicitation of quotes from contractors, and administration of construction activities.
